Students created posters describing their food and country, and brought in the food to share with their classmates throughout the three languages.
Students also created decorative masks and posters in Art classes to decorate our hallway during the festival.
Two Nitschmann 7th grade students  had their art accepted into the prestigious 2017 Juried East Central PA Scholastic Art Awards Show. Congratulations to Ethan Nguyen and Amelie Matthews-Pacheco! Both students received silver key awards and will have their work displayed at the Banana Factory through the spring.
We had so much fun making Spring crowns and pinwheels with our first grade friends. Salà de Paseo (I went for a walk) was a fun story to share with them.
We had an amazing time creating crowns, retelling the story of The Three Kings, writing letters to the Magi, and giving out gifts from the Magi themselves.
